your apts. on pennsylvania , in Beaunont, CA , they are called Laurel Tree Apts., they suck. No one can get a hold of the actuall owner, all you gat is the answering server. They can't give you the owners name or phone number, you can leave a mess.

you are the owner of the pennsylvania apts. located at 878 pennsylvania ave, Beaumont, CA 92223. I am disgusted of the way you operate your rentals. Apt. # 20 is unsafe to live in at this moment. Call the manager she / he will tell you whats going on. We need to be moved to a new apt. that is all done, or put up in a hotel while our apt. is up to coce. I have already left mess. at Building Insp. and Health dept. You need to put us in a hotel until all work is completed in our apt. Our bathroom is in dangerous repair and we have termites comming out of the a/c. It is vary warm today, I have an 18 mo. old and am 5 mos. pregant. If I fall into the sub floor while I'm sitting in the toilet, I will have medical consescuntion.I have put in work orders since last year and nothing has been repaird. we have termites comimg out of the a/c, today was very warm. I feel you should put us up in a hotel until the apt. is finished. I t is unsafe to live there.
